Use our Base Booster – Glitter & Shadow Glue to enhance shine and lock in the glamorous look of loose glitters and pigments. Cream formula dries clear and keeps glitter where you put it.

Apply a small amount of glue to eyelids with Studio Pro Silicone – Paddle Applicator or finger, then tap on loose glitters and pigments and press lightly.
